| About Us - Pontefract Kettlebells was established in 2007 by Liam O'Brien an Advanced Personal Trainer, Kettlebell and Indian Club Swinging Instructor. Although we specialise in functional fitness we also train clients of all ages in general fitness and weightloss. Areas covered include Pontefract, Wakefield and The 5 Towns, as well as Wetherby, Boston Spa and Leeds in West Yorkshire. Taining is available in our own private studio in Pontefract, in clinets own homes (train at home) or in local parks and open spaces. We also have a very active, mixed ability running club competing in races from 10k to Marathon. |

| Pontefract Kettlebells is proud to announce that we are now working with Jason Matthews and Ultimate Physiques gym in Castleford. Ultimate Physiques is a fantastic facility and the perfect partner for Pontefract Kettlebells. Their gym and free weight area is second to none plus they have a separate cardio room, martial arts academy and boxing gym, fully air conditioned studio and even a totally separate, private ladies only fitness suite. The changing rooms and showers are, as you would expect, immaculate. The gym has recently won several industry awards and the owner Jason Matthews has been recognised himself for his personal work and contribution to the health and fitness industry.
