FEEDBACK - Robert Vause. Pontefract. 20th May 2009 - "I started kettle bell training with Liam last year and had quite a few sessions. I found the training very intense and due to that the results were amazing.

After 3-4 sessions I felt stronger and looked more toned and was dropping body fat rapidly.
I now have my own kettle bells and train 2-3 times a week. It has kept me toned and the weight off.

When I started I weighed 13 stone, I now weigh 11. It works! Liam kept the workouts varied and interesting. He was always on time and motivated me to achieve my goal - An excellent personal trainer!"

Important Information.

 

Training Locations, Travel and Distance:

 

> Please note, the prices above are for sessions taken at our own studio in Pontefract, Ultimate Physiques gym or at clients homes within 10 miles of WF8 1PA and are subject to availability.

> I may be able to travel further than 10 miles but please contact me to confirm as it will of course depend on other bookings and a surcharge may be payable.

> Saturday sessions may also be available but again please contact me to discuss.

 

Standing Orders:

 

> Monthly subscription or payment by monthly standing order around the date that you get paid is for many people more convenient than paying for individual sessions and helps with budgeting. 

> Monthly standing orders are based on 4.3 weeks per month. 

> There is no minimum commitment or contract! If for some reason you miss a session it will just be added onto the following month or we will fit it in as an extra so you will not lose out. You may cancel your standing order at any time without penalty.

 

Advance Payments:

 

> I accept payment for block bookings by cash, cheque, bank transfer or by credit or debit card via Paypal. Please contact me for details.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

> If you wish to cancel a pre booked training session, you must give me at least 24 hours notice so that I can offer that session to someone else.

> If you cancel a session and cannot give me 24 hours notice, unfortunately you must pay for that session as normal or it will be deducted from your pre paid sessions.

> If I have to cancel or reschedule a pre booked session and cannot give at least 24 hours notice then you will receive an additional training session free of charge.

 

Lateness:

 

> All training sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes.

> If you are late for a session we will still train as planned but the session must end at the pre planned time. I cannot over run with sessions.

> If I am late for a session by more than 5 minutes, we will still train and finish as normal but you will receive an additional training session free of charge.
